PAAL Have recently installed in the UK two ELEMATIC 1000VC-6000F. Their latest innovative case packers where RSC-blanks are placed in to a continuosly running adjustable product chain. A top loading robot uses line tracking to place pre collated products into the continuosly moving cases. Hot melt is applied and then the cases are closed.

One of the lines is running a variety of round and oval shampoo and conditioner. The other line is running various tubes of hair styling Gel.
 
To complete the Turnkey End of Line system for the Bottle line PAAL also intstalled an ELEMATIC 8000RP robot palletiser. The robot head picks up and places the empty pallet and the slip sheet. The cases are fed in and pre-collated, the robot head then picks up the complete layer and places it onto the pallet.

MIROMATIC. We are pleased to announce that cc automation have been appointed the sole representaive for MIROMATIC in the UK and Ireland.

CC AUTOMATION was incorporated in May 2006.

PAAL have installed a high speed soup sachet cartoning and tray packing system for CAMPBELL'S SOUP Ireland. The end of line solution also included inter-connecting conveyors a sachet conditioning unit, drop gate system and check weighing and integrating a shrink wrapper.
